  • Orders are processed every Saturday

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Please note: During high-demand periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

 We ship worldwide from Curaçao.

 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local custom.


  • General shipping time: 10–20 business days.Delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors are outside of our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 Tracking

 All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
